OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on MaddyParts. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below, in addition to our Terms of Service.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order has been forwarded to our supplier for fulfilment, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be sent to you by email as soon as it becomes available, usually within a few days of dispatch.

Please double-check your shipping address and product selection (including vehicle compatibility) before completing your order, as we may be unable to make changes once an order has been forwarded for fulfilment.

SHIPPING ORIGIN

Most products on MaddyParts are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse outside the European Union. Because of this, delivery times are generally longer than you may be used to from local retailers.

These are estimates only and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local carrier performance, and other factors outside our control. We will always aim to inform you if we become aware of a significant delay with your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and will be clearly shown before you complete your payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where a product is found to be defective or not as described.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For deliveries within the European Union, prices shown at checkout include applicable VAT, and no further customs charges should apply in most cases.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by your local authorities upon arrival. These charges are not included in our prices and are your responsibility as the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary by country.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at maddyparts@lucashulsmedia.nl.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We will investigate with our supplier and carrier and do our best to resolve the issue, whether that means locating your package or arranging a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, incorrect address details provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions or extreme weather.

INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to our supplier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you may be responsible for any costs to reship the order.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, depending on supplier stock and location. You will be notified by email if this is the case for your order.

VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY

Many of our products are designed for specific vehicle makes, models, and production years. Please check the compatibility information listed on each product page carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for shipping costs related to returns caused by ordering a product that does not match your specific vehicle, unless our compatibility information was inaccurate.
